Arizona State’s pair of Noemie Glover (offensive) and Colby Neal (defensive) and Baylor’s Ksenia Rakhmanchik (rookie) were named the Big 12 Volleyball Players of the Week for matches ending Nov. 16.
Glover led Arizona State to an undefeated week, highlighted by a record-setting performance on the road against then-No. 22 Colorado. The junior opposite hitter posted a career-high 31 kills and 10 digs while hitting .411 in the five-set win for her second double-double of her career. Her 31 kills set an ASU rally-scoring era record for kills in a match and are tied for the ninth-most in a match in school history. She also reached double-digit kills (13) in the 3-1 win over Arizona, marking her 14th consecutive match with double-digit kills. For the week, Glover totaled 44 kills (4.89 per set), 12 digs and 48.5 points. It is her third Big 12 weekly award this season.
Neal added two more games with nine or more blocks to her season, increasing her total to five on the year. The graduate student recorded the third most blocks nationally for the week with nine against Arizona and another nine against the 22
nd-ranked Buffaloes. She also added 10 kills in each match. Neal’s efforts helped ASU reach a season-high 17 blocks against the Wildcats and another 10 against Colorado, to make it 11 of 14 Big 12 matches that the Sun Devils have posted double-digit blocks. For the week, Neal contributed 20 kills, 18 blocks (2.00 per set), and 30.5 points. This is Neal’s second Big 12 weekly honor of the 2025 season.
Rakhmanchik piled up 45.5 points and 41 kills in road matches against Kansas State and Houston, tied for the third-most and the fourth-most in the Big 12 for each category, respectively. She also contributed a combined 15 digs and six blocks through the eight sets. The freshman outside hitter posted 23 kills against Kansas State, her second straight road match with 20+ kills, and followed that performance with 18 more in Baylor’s win at Houston. She led the team in kills, attempts and points for the fifth straight match and now ranks third in program history for kills by a freshman and is within 15 of second place. It is her third Conference weekly accolade this season.
